The Median Sales Price rose by 4.91% from what was recorded a year ago.
The Median Sales Price is the point at which half of homes sold for more and half sold for less. It is influenced by the types of homes selling as well as a general change in values.
Average Sales Price showed an increase this month of 4.84% compared to March of last year. This price point also shows an uptick of 3.06% from what was cumulatively recorded for all of 2016.
Highest & Lowest Oxnard Single Family Homes that sold in March 2017.
The lowest priced Oxnard Single Family Home that sold in March recorded at $261,000. This home has two bedrooms, one bathroom. It is 781 square feet in size.
The highest priced Oxnard Single Family Home sold for $849,900. This home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and is 3137 square foot large. This beautiful home is located in the gated community of Victoria Estates.
