This is the Oxnard Homes Report September 2016 where one can see how this segment of the Oxnard Real Estate Market performed this month.
The number of Oxnard Single Family Homes sold in September 2016 was down by seven or 8.33% compared to last September, but prices went up.
Here is a breakdown of the other numbers.
The Median Sales Price rose by 7.37% from what was recorded a year ago. We also see that the Median Sales Price went up by 4.19% from what was recorded for the last 3 months.
The Median Sales Price is the point at which half of homes sold for more and half sold for less. It is influenced by the types of homes selling as well as a general change in values.
Average Sales Price also appreciated this month by 12.96% compared to September of last year. This price point also shows an increase of 4.64% from what was cumulatively recorded for the last 3 months.
The lowest priced Oxnard Single Family Home that sold in September went for $264,000. This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It is 1085 square feet large.
The highest priced Oxnard Single Family Home sold for $729,000. This home has three bedrooms and two and one half bathrooms and is 2464 square foot large. This single story home is located in the Victoria Estates Community.

The inventory of Oxnard Single Family Homes is still somewhat limited. There are 113 Single Family Homes for Sale in Oxnard. This number does not contain the beach or ocean front homes.
