Here is the Oxnard Home Price Report February 2017 where one can see how this segment of the Oxnard Real Estate Market performed for this month.

The number of Oxnard Single Family Homes sold in February 2017 was up by sixteen or 37.2% compared to last February.

The Median Sales Price rose by 4.84% from what was recorded a year ago. We also see that the Median Sales Price went up by 4.12% from what was recorded for all of 2016.

The Median Sales Price is the point at which half of homes sold for more and half sold for less. It is influenced by the types of homes selling as well as a general change in values.

Average Sales Price also appreciated this month by 4.84% compared to February of last year. This price point also shows an increase of 4.03% from what was cumulatively recorded for all of 2016.

The lowest priced Oxnard Single Family Home that sold in February came in at $312,000. This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It is 1085 square feet large.

The highest priced Oxnard Single Family Home sold for $765,000. This home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and is 3443 square foot large. This beautiful home is located in the gated community of Victoria Estates.
