Inspection or Contingency Period

Once your offer is accepted, escrow will open and the timeframe of the offer agreement will go into effect.  This will include timeframes for you to complete your inspections of the property, receive all the requested and mandatory disclosures/documents and when all of those items have be completed or received, all contingencies will be removed and the transaction will be set to close.
